The structure (5 to 7 sentences)
Line 1: why this brand, specifically
Something you actually use or noticed about them.
Example: I have used [product] in every [routine/recipe] for the past year.
Line 2: who you are in one sentence
[Niche] creator on [platform] with [number] followers who [audience description].
Line 3: one concrete idea
A [format] showing [specific use of the product] for [audience problem].
Line 4: one proof number
My last [product category] post reached [number] and drove [result].
Line 5: link to your media kit
Line 6: one ask
Who is the right person to talk to about creator partnerships this quarter?
Subject lines

Example: Northside Coffee x Sam: 5-minute breakfast series
Idea for [Brand]'s [campaign or launch]

Finding the right person
Look for titles with influencer, creator, partnerships, or social
On LinkedIn or the brand's site.
Check the brand's own creator or ambassador page first
Many brands have an application form.
Follow-up
One follow-up after about 5 to 7 working days
Reply to your own email so the context stays.
