Brand collaboration tracker for creators and brands
Distinct's collaboration tracker keeps every brand deal between a creator and a brand in one place, with each collaboration's deliverables, due dates, agreed fee, and message thread, accepted or declined per campaign, and ending in a recap shared by link; brands see the same collaborations as stages in a campaign pipeline.
How it works
1. A request comes in
A brand invites a creator to a campaign, or sends a booking inquiry from the creator's media kit. Both land in the same inbox.
2. Accept or decline per campaign
The creator answers each campaign on its own terms. Being on a brand's roster never commits a creator to a campaign.
3. Track the work to live
Each collaboration carries its deliverables, due dates, and agreed fee, and both sides see it move from outreach to the live post.
4. Wrap it with a recap
Posts and results pull into a recap at its own link, ready to send to a team, a client, or the next brand that asks.
What's included
One inbox for requests
Campaign invitations and media kit inquiries in one place, each with its own thread and a reply drafted in the creator's voice.
Deliverables, due dates, and fees
Every collaboration holds what is owed, when, and for how much, with tasks the creator ticks off as the work goes live.
One thread per collaboration
Every request, reply, and deliverable on one record, so nobody scrolls back through DMs to find what was agreed.
A pipeline for brands
Brands see every creator in a campaign as a stage on a board, with fees committed against the campaign budget as each collaboration is accepted.
Deliverables on a calendar
Posting and draft-due dates across every campaign in one month view.
Promo codes and tracked links
Brands attach a code or tracked link to each deliverable, log orders, and see ROAS and cost per acquisition next to reach.
Recaps you send as a link
A finished collaboration or campaign becomes a recap at its own URL. No login on the reader's side.
What makes it different
- Both sides, one record
- The creator and the brand look at the same collaboration, so the deliverables and fee one side sees are the ones the other agreed to.
- Consent per campaign
- Creators accept or decline each campaign individually. A brand saving someone to a roster is not the same as that person agreeing to work on a campaign.
- Software, not a middleman
- Distinct is not an agency or a marketplace. It takes no cut of any deal and never sits between a brand and the creator it hires.
What it does not do
- Distinct does not process payments or hold funds. Brands pay creators directly.
- It does not draft or sign contracts.
- It is not a marketplace and takes no commission on deals.
- Automatic post results come from connected Instagram and X accounts. Other platforms are logged by hand.
Common questions
- What is a brand collaboration?
- A brand collaboration is an agreement for a creator to make content for a brand, usually a set of deliverables such as posts or videos, delivered by agreed dates for an agreed fee, product, or commission.
- How do creators keep track of brand deals?
- Most start with DMs, email, and a spreadsheet, which breaks once there are a few deals at once. A collaboration tracker keeps each deal's deliverables, due dates, fee, and messages in one record. On Distinct that record is shared with the brand, so both sides work from the same version.
- Is this an influencer marketplace?
- No. Distinct is software for running collaborations you have already found or been offered. It takes no cut of deals and does not represent creators or brands.
- Does Distinct handle payments?
- No. The agreed fee is recorded on each collaboration so both sides can see it, but payment happens directly between the brand and the creator.
- Is the collaboration tracker free?
- Yes, during the private beta. No card is required to sign up as a creator or a brand.
