Link in bio

A link in bio is a single landing page a creator puts in their social profile, holding the several links they want to send followers to, because most platforms allow only one clickable link in a profile.

Also called bio link, link page.

It exists to work around a platform limitation, and it is often the only place a creator controls where a follower can convert. Treat it as a storefront rather than a list: the links people actually click belong at the top, and anything that has not been clicked in months is costing attention.

For brand work it matters because affiliate links, discount codes, and campaign landing pages usually live there, so it sits directly on the path between a sponsored post and a sale.
