Creator roster

A creator roster is the maintained list of creators a brand works with or wants to work with, holding their contact details, audience data, rates, past performance, and current status.

Also called influencer roster, talent roster.

The roster is the asset that compounds. A brand that records what each creator was paid, how the content performed, and how they were to work with builds an advantage that a brand starting from a fresh search every quarter never gets.

Rosters decay quickly when neglected, because follower counts, rates, and contacts all move. The fields that matter most are the ones people skip: what was actually paid, what the content delivered, and whether you would book them again.
